C60 South View, Ludworth – Temporary Road Closure 02/07/17
The County Council intend to close to vehicular traffic from 7.00 am on Sunday 2 July 2017 a 710 metre length of South View, Ludworth between its junctions with C65 and the access to Ludworth Tower.
The closure, which is being effected by means of Notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, is necessary to enable carriageway resurfacing works, which will probably take some 1 day (up to 7pm) to complete to be carried out to that length of road.
Throughout the period of closure an alternative route will be available to vehicular traffic from the eastern side of the closure from C65 north eastwards to the junction of B1283 then westwards to Sherburn Hill and turning southwards on C60 Crime Rigg Bank leading to Shadforth and the western side of the closure and vice versa.
